白天誘出：口服乙胺嗪 100mg后，15、30、60分鐘分別采外周血找微絲蚴，檢出率低；（ 5）薄膜過濾法：抗凝靜脈血2ml經(jīng)孔徑3um的核孔薄膜過濾后取下 薄膜，用熱的蘇木素染色5分鐘后鏡檢。此法檢出率和微絲蚴檢出 數(shù)斤高于厚血片法和濃集法。2、各種體液微絲蚴檢查 可在鞘膜 積液、淋巴液、乳糜尿、乳糜腹水、乳糜胸腔積液、心包積液及 骨髓等標本中檢查微絲蚴。免疫學檢查1、批內(nèi)試驗 注射犬惡絲 蟲抗原0.05ml于受試者鉛筆，15分鐘后丘疹直徑>0.9cm者為陽性 。此試驗敏感性和特異高，與血中微絲蚴檢出符合率為86.2%— 94.1%。2、間接熒光抗體試驗 國內(nèi)以牛絲蟲成蟲為抗原，間接熒 光抗體法查患者血清中抗體，陽性率85%—99.2%。該法具高度特 異性和敏感性，適用于流行病學調(diào)查，又可反映防治成效。3、酶 聯(lián)免疫吸附試驗 以該法查血清中抗體，靈敏度高、特異性強、操 作簡便，為本病較理想的輔助診斷方法。4、檢測循環(huán)抗原 對微 絲蚴陽性病人有較高的敏感性，為一種特異診斷方法，但對微絲 蚴性病人則敏感性較差。
