    SABC法
    1)脫蠟、水化。
    2)PBS洗兩次各5分鐘。
    3)用蒸餾水或PBS配置新鮮的3%H2O2，室溫封閉5～10分鐘，蒸餾水洗3次。
    4)抗原修復(fù)。
    5)PBS洗5分鐘。
    6)滴加正常山羊血清封閉液，室溫20分鐘。甩去多余液體。
    7)滴加Ⅰ抗,室溫1小時(shí)或者4℃過(guò)夜或者37℃1小時(shí)（4℃過(guò)夜后在37℃復(fù)溫45分鐘）。
    8)PBS洗三次每次2分鐘。
    9)滴加生物素化二抗,20℃～37℃20分鐘。
    10)PBC洗3次每次2分鐘。
    11)滴加試劑SABC，20℃～37℃20分鐘。
    12)PBS洗4次每次5分鐘。
    13)DAB顯色：DAB顯色試劑盒或者自配顯色劑顯色（鏡下掌握顯色程度）。
    14)蒸餾水洗。蘇木素復(fù)染2分鐘、鹽酸酒精分化。 
    15)脫水、透明、封片、鏡檢。

SABC method
     1) dewaxing, hydration.
     2) Wash twice in PBS for 5 minutes each.
     3) Configure fresh 3% H2O2 with distilled water or PBS, block for 5 ~ 10 minutes at room temperature, and wash with distilled water three times.
     4) antigen repair.
     5) Wash with PBS for 5 minutes.
     6) dropping normal goat serum blocking solution at room temperature for 20 minutes. Dump excess liquid.
     7) Add anti-I, 1 hour at room temperature or overnight at 4 ° C or 1 hour at 37 ° C (rewarmed at 37 ° C for 45 minutes after overnight at 4 ° C).
     8) Wash PBS three times for 2 minutes each.
     9) dropping biotinylated secondary antibody, 20 ° C ~ 37 ° C for 20 minutes.
     10) PBC wash 3 times for 2 minutes each time.
     11) Add reagent SABC dropwise, 20 ° C ~ 37 ° C for 20 minutes.
     12) Wash with PBS 4 times for 5 minutes each.
     13) DAB color: DAB color reagent kit or self-developed reagent color (microscope to grasp the degree of color).
     14) Distilled water washing. Hematoxylin staining 2 minutes, hydrochloric acid alcohol differentiation.
     15) dehydration, transparent, sealed, microscopic examination.
