單克隆抗體是由單一B細(xì)胞克隆產(chǎn)生的高度均一、僅針對某一特定抗原表位的抗體，稱為單克隆抗體。通常采用雜交瘤技術(shù)來制備，雜交瘤（hybridoma）抗體技術(shù)是在細(xì)胞融合技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上，將具有分泌特異性抗體能力的致敏B細(xì)胞和具有無限繁殖能力的骨髓瘤細(xì)胞融合為B細(xì)胞雜交瘤。用具備這種特性的單個雜交瘤細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)成細(xì)胞群，可制備針對一種抗原表位的特異性抗體即單克隆抗體。

單克隆抗體比多克隆抗體具有許多優(yōu)點，包括：

1. 高親和力
2. 沒有污染的抗體
3. 弱抗原鑒定
4. 優(yōu)秀的批處理重復(fù)性

我們有超過40年生產(chǎn)血型試劑的經(jīng)驗，15年的在常規(guī)的測試和制造sifin單克隆抗體的成功使用。從 80 年代中期免疫制劑的生產(chǎn)就開始采用雜交瘤細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)技術(shù)作為核心技術(shù)。單克隆抗體被引入傳統(tǒng)的血型分型產(chǎn)品和沙門氏菌屬，志賀氏菌屬，大腸桿菌包括腸出血性大腸桿菌診斷用的檢測試劑中。
特別是，沙門氏菌的診斷，我們已經(jīng)將大部分凝集試劑從多克隆抗體轉(zhuǎn)換為單克隆抗體，這是常規(guī)檢驗和流行病學(xué)的里程碑。
